How long does shipping take?

 (In-stock orders) We try to ship all orders as fast as possible. We typically get orders out the same day or within 24 hours (not including weekends). We use USPS to ship your orders. They are fast, reliable, and offer tracking information that we can pass on to you. We ship daily Monday-Friday. We will combine shipping when possible on multi piece orders. We are more than willing to work with your specific shipping needs and should you have any special request, please feel free to call or email us before placing an order.


(Custom orders) Custom pieces that are built to your specs and request will ship as soon as they are completed. We will keep you as up to date as possible as to how your pieces are coming along. When placing a custom order you will be given a time frame as to how long your creation will take. We will do everything in our power to meet or beat this deadline. Believe us, we hate waiting to.

 What is the price on a custom built piece?

All custom pieces are quoted on a one off basis. We strive to keep our pricing affordable and competitive. If you have parts you need built please use the “custom part quote link” and submit your request. If you are a dealer/distributor and are looking to contract JSC to make parts under your name, contact us and we will get you your own pricing structure.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Well that depends. Do you live in Michigan? If you do live in Michigan, than unfortunately yes, you pay the standard 6% sales tax. The powers that be, in the great lake state, have made this decision for us. We are all for sticking it to the man but taxes and death are two things you can’t cheat. For everyone else, you are in the clear no sales tax for you.

Is there a store I can just pick my order up at?

Currently we do not have a store front or retail space for customers to stop by and shop at. Stay tuned for a list of authorized JSC dealers and locations.

Can I return an item for a refund? (In-stock orders)

We will accept returns for any unopened or unused parts within 30 days from your purchase date. Once a part is installed, and we can tell, you own it for good. All orders will be credited back the same way they were paid (i.e. PayPal and Credit Card).All orders coming back to us will be your responsibility and return shipping covered by you. (Custom orders) Due to the nature of these orders custom orders cannot be returned once received. These pieces will be built to your measurements so please make sure you measure twice so you only have to order once.

Can I exchange an apparel item for a different size?

We do not offer exchanges on clothing. You can however return it for a refund and repurchase the correct style, color, or size. Size, color and fitment information is available on all clothing listings on the site (please see individual clothing links for this information)

Returning an electrical item?

Any item that is an electrical based item or contains an electrical item cannot be returned. We will do all that we can to trouble shoot an item with you, but due to the nature of these items and the know how required to install them we cannot return an electrical item.

Do your products have warranties?

Due to the nature of all of the items that JSC sells we do not offer any type of warranty on any of our products. All of the products we sell will be considered custom items and once installed will be the responsibility of you. If you receive an item and feel there is some type of manufactures defect, please contact us right away prior to installation. Once installed there may be nothing we can do to return the item and get you a corrected piece. By purchasing and installing any of JSC offered products you assume any and all responsibility and potential dangers that may come with altering a stock vehicle and or building a custom motorcycle.

Out of Stock?

If an item is out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible as to when it will be back in and ready to ship. Typically, if the site allows you to add it to your shopping cart it is in stock and ready to go. Keep in mind putting items in your cart does not hold them for you. All of our products are hand built in the good ole’ U S of A so if an item is out of stock there’s no boats and very little travel time involved in getting back on the shelves.

What types of payments does JSC accept?

We are set up to take PayPal only at this point. Checks, money orders, Iraqi Dinar will not be accepted.
